Pilates is a way to improve your core stability along with your posture, overall strength and balance. Pilates focuses on the deep core muscles of the abdomen and spine and it is a safe way to exercise especially after lower back pain.
Jo Fleming is a Chartered Physiotherapist who is qualified to teach Pilates. The classes are beginner level so anyone can join in and the exercises can be as easy or as hard as you like. There is a max of 12 people per class to allow individual supervision in each class. Jo can modify exercise to suit all levels so there is never a better time to start!
